◆ Personal service establishments ◆ Professional and medical offices ◆ Restaurants (without drive-throughs) ◆ Retail under 75,000 square feet

Conditional Uses * Places of assembly ◆ Artisan manufacturing ◆ Small-scale breweries, wineries and distilleries

* Uses of a similar and no more objectionable character as the above uses, as determined by City Council following a recommendation by the Planning Commission
